Our pricing structure is designed to give you all the tools you'll need, up front, so that you can focus on the creative elements, while we do all the other work.

After the 90-days, you pay nothing more to us for the development of your production, and we help you raise capital + your initial investment for this development project.

PRICING: Full 90-Day Fast-Track PLAY DEVELOPMENT
 
8400.00 - Payable in 3 month installments of 2,800.

  • Twice weekly face-to-face or phone meetings to discuss progress. 

  • A dynamic production budget, updated every 2-3 weeks as needed.

  • Crowdfunding design and implementation as needed.

  • A fully functional website for the creator/writer/playwright/company.

  • A fully functional website for your production.

  • Development & Creation of all necessary social media platforms.

  • A long-term production time-line/plan with a tentative production start date.

  • Full service Publicity and PR services announcing your project. 

  • An HR plan to fill all creative and administrative positions.

  • A casting and creative  support plan.

  • Direction in securing the right venue for your production.

  • Direction in submission process to any touring or out-of-town performances. 

  • A Marketing/Advertising plan for all pre-production needs

  • Direction with the selection of Advertising Agencies, services, and media as required by the project.

  • Video marketing production, support, and full distribution during the development phase, and as required by the project leading to the actual production.

  • Photoshoot during the pre-production phase, and production phase as needed.

  • Industry Networking and introductions to potential lead producers, investors, benefactors, and sponsors as required by your production.

  • Graphic design or assist on the development and creation of marketing materials.

  • Consulting (direct or in-person as needed) on all aspects of the development.

  • At the time of your production, you will get full advertising on LocalTheatreNY.com for the duration of your run, as well as publicity and pr included in the above package*.

PLUS, as we work closely with you to bring your project to fruition, Alliance Media & Communications will serve as your press agent and publicist at no additional charge. Our goal is to build your brand prior to the actual run of your show. If you are involved in another project during this time with us, we will continue to promote you and your work.

This 90-Day Fast Track is designed to prepare your play, musical, or other production for a successful festival presentation with a track on taking your production beyond the festival circuit. The goal with this service is to make the festival experience not only a learning experience, but one that launches you and your work to greater things, and on a professional track.  
 
Deliverables (included with this price).

  • 2-3 weekly face-to-face or phone meetings to discuss progress. 

  • A fixed festival production budget.

  • Crowdfunding design and implementation to raise the money needed to support your festival.

  • A 2-3 page website for your production.

  • A Social Media strategy.

  • Advertising support for the festival show on LocalTheatreNY.com

  • Full service Publicity and PR services announcing your project. 

  • An HR support plan to fill all creative and administrative positions.

  • A casting and creative  support plan.

  • Logistical planning for the festival.

  • Program Design as required for the festival.

  • Direction/advice in the submission process.

  • Video marketing production, support, and distribution of Video News Releases (VNR).

  • Script development support to meet the festival requirements.

 

Please note that the purpose of this package is to get you into a festival, and as a result to create as much visibility and branding as possible for you and your work so that you can maximize your involvement in the festival. Once you have completed the festival, and we have discussed where your project may go next, you can consider upgrading to the Full 90-Day Fast-Track Play Production Package. If you do, we will apply the cost of this festival package to the full package and deduct the difference from the cost of the full package. 

 

 * This package includes 2500 Postcard printing and distribution, a $350 value.

It includes advertising on LocalTheatreUSA.com, a $549 value. It includes full PR/Publicity services, a  $1900 value. It includes show program booklet design (but not printing), a value of  $175 per page. Please note that additional production printing  and delivery costs are not included.
